We are looking for Direct Care Professionals to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in one of our many residential or day habilitation programs. Hourly rate for this position is $18.00
Responsibilities -
In this role, you will help our individuals live fulfilling and independent lives with dignity and respect by:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, nutritional needs, etc.)
- Supporting in skill development and mastering
- Participating in community integration
- Aiding in behavioral interventions and medication dispensing (training provided)
- Partaking in the implementation of IEP/ISP objectives and documenting progress
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma required
- Previous behavioral experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- previous human services experience a plus
